Trippy Tourism is an online expert, which will provide you the ‘Official Tickets’ and also the ‘VIP Tickets’ to all the people living across the world having a penchant for the different entertainment events happening globally. There are certain terms and conditions before you make any booking with us, you are requested to go through this contract. We accept in written that you agree on our terms. In case the booking is made through a telephonic call then it will be supposed that you agree to these terms and conditions.

While booking a ticket package, you ought to agree the terms and conditions and pay the required amount for that package.In case the booking is made through a telephonic call then it will be supposed that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our booking conditions are available through the website where a link is generated and sent to you by an electronic confirmation. Always be aware that all the ticket experiences are bound by these terms and conditions.

The general information and booking conditions forms the base of the contract. The bookings made with Trippy Tourism is made online, first off you will receive a confirmation on screen to be printed, furthermore your purchase will be confirmed through a mail. The online booking software of Trippy Tourism is fully protected which makes it apt for the online transaction. In case any, system failure error occurs in the middle of the process then Trippy Tourism will take the responsibility for the further amendments and needed important measures.

If there occurs any online error during transaction (which is less likely) then the Travel Tourism will immediately contact you and fix the problem.

Also, all the bookings are subjected to the verification of the payment cards and other security checks.

FYI: If you are found engaged in any fraudulent or illegal transaction then you booking will be denied immediately.

The payment must be made within 8 weeks before the Date of Commencement for the show and it is also delimited and stated on your Booking Confirmation Bill /Receipt.

If you book your Ticket or Package within this period with the full stipulated amount its fine, else we have the right to cancel your Ticket Package/Experience.

Also, in case, any payment made by cheque gets bounced , then you will be charged with some money to cover incurred bank and authority charges.

You are requested to check the details before you book any package because change in plans is going to penalize you.

In case you do so, then there is an administration fee that will be charged by the authorities for the ensuing changes.

Also, you will be informed about this amount prior to making any changes.

Note: If you intend to make any changes within the 4 weeks (a month) of event commencement, then it might be assumed as the cancellation.

If you intend to cancel your package booking for any reason or emergency then you ought to notify us immediately in writing.

We will definitely acknowledge the communication and will notify you accordingly with a cancellation invoice. You will most probably receive the acknowledgement within 24 in the normal business days, if not, then contact our customer support.

Trippy Tourism might have made payments for your whole package which includes your Ticket(s), Hospitality, Merchandise, Travel, Accommodation, etc, therefore, some cancellation will incur.

It is obvious that if you wish to attend any event outside your country then it is your responsibility to come on-board with all the needed IDs and  documents Valid Passport/ID is always necessary and Visa for longer stays.

Note: Trippy Tourism is not all responsible for your documents arrangements and also we would not be liable of any loss in case you don’t bring your documents and loose the chance to witness the event.

Remember that the venue administrators have the right to deny the your admission sin case of any breaching of the terms and conditions of the Event Partners or Event Authorities.

They might also conduct security checks occasionally to make sure the safety of the artist/band.

Also, the latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break during the event, but keep in mind the entry is not always guaranteed if you are late.

Other terms and conditions:

  1. No pass-outs/re-admissions (until its really urgent) during the event.
  2. Cameras and similar recording objects are prohibited.
  3. If you get caught doing so, then the patrons have the right to destroy your recordings or photo.

There is a slight probability that we might change your ticket package according to the urgent circumstances. But don’t worry this change won’t bring any difference in your experience, the changes would likely be so fundamental as- change of date, type of ticket, etc. But Trippy Tourism will try its best out to not any cause from its side.

Also, if the show gets canceled then Trippy Tourism is not liable to refund you the whole amount. Hence, it is recommended to read out our terms and conditions and taking out insurance in case of any mishappening.

Trippy Tourism try to make sure that we make your event traveling experiencing worth the while i.e. Highly enjoyable and memorable. However, if unfortunately something goes wrong then inform our VIP (Host) who will immediately try to solve your problem or matter.

You will be availed with our 24×7 available Customer Services Support number. The details will be recorded for the further inquiry and betterment. Also, to maintain a healthy business relation, you may be asked to mail a written complaint alongwith your booking number and other related information to Customer Services Support

Note: Any claims/complaints received after 21 days of the event date, will not be taken under consideration.

You are requested to inform us of about any member’s disability only at the time of booking or as quick as possible, because special arrangements are to  to be made for that person.

Though we will put our best efforts to avail you the best possible assistance for the accommodations and the venues but VIP tickets/experiences will not be availed for the disabled person.

Note: Trippy Tourism don’t sell tickets for Wheelchair Bound People. So, it is therefore advised that should contact the officials of the Venue directly to buy the tickets.

Trippy Tourism will totally be responsible for their actions and the recklessness of their employees, subcontractors, suppliers, agents. We are also responsible for any lacking in the services.

Also, it is very unlikely but just in case, you find any fault in our product/services or you didn’t feel the services satisfactory as per the advertisement then a part of the Ticket Package is refundable.

However, we are not responsible for any bodily injury, illness or any death during the tenure. Trippy Tourism can’t be held responsible for any kind of these loss affairs and international conventions.

We are here to offer you the best of the best but under certain conditions:

    1. In case, any of our client suffers from any injury, illness, or death during the experience, we do not accept any responsibility for that.
    2. We accept any responsibility for any illegal action undertaken the client. If legal action is undertaken by our clients if and only if, we are notified with in the period of 90 days of the mishap and we if find that action agreeable then we will be ready to meet the incur legal costs.

Our company is only responsible for providing the tickets and package but we can not be held responsible for the your financial loss caused by the cancellation of the event by any third party.

Advanced hotel booking fee is also not refundable due to any event cancellation. Certain charges will surely apply (check Section 5).

Hence, we strongly recommend reading the policies related to the Event Cancellation

Note: We also avail you with an optional ‘Event Cancellation Insurance’ whilst the booking process.

Less likely but considering the case of lack of demand of our services, then we are bound to cancel a particular ticket package because of scarce number of event demands.

This will be completely refundable or you will be provided with the best possible alternative.

We Try to make sure that the prices quoted on are website is precise and accurate. But kindly note that our package includes other collateral costs, hence it is priced accordingly.

In case of the lost, spoiled or stolen tickets, the tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. because it is very difficult to re-issue the ticket under the increased security measures. Also, the case can be considered by the promoter or the event organizer and tickets can be re-issued at the venue of the Event. Trippy Tourism can not be held responsible for any kind of ticket loss.

Note: Some administration charges may incur.

Restrictions: Tickets are to be sold following some clauses and restrictions such as restriction for minimum age and side view.

Reselling: And you are not allowed to sell your ticket and if you are found guilty for selling your tickets then it is the ground for the immediate tickets cancellation of the ticket that to without refunds.

Trippy Tourism will make sure that with a minimal period of 7-10 days, you should be provided with all information and despatch of the tickets should be made prior to that. Items are sent with the secured courier services. Also, you need to sign for several cases related to your bookings. It is your responsibility to inform us through a formal in case your delivery address gets changed.

Remember if you failed to notify for kind any kind of delay or correction in delivery address, you will be penalize.

Also, once the tickets are delivered to you, we would not accept any kind of responsibility for stolen or lost tickets.

Ticket Allocating

Allocation of the tickets is based on a thumbrule, first come first serve. All the reserved seats will be most definitely be put together (until advised not to).


Venue Seating

We propose no refunds or any kind of compensation if your view gets restricted or blocked with anyone standing in the middle or somebody’s taller than you.

Note: In case you arrive late you may not be allowed to get seated in your allocated seats because of the venue policies.

Hence, it is recommended to be in your seats prior to the event commencement.

Call our Duty Manager, whose telephone number is mentioned on the information sheets you will receive after booking in case of any hassle.

Trippy Tourism will surely ask for your personal information (name, address, e-mail, phone number, etc) at the time of ticket booking but will never asks for bank credentials (debit/credit cards pin-number) during any online transaction.

All kind of personal information provided to us on our website will be safe and secured and would not be released or shared without your consent or unless demanded by the law.
